This is the area where most of the company's sales are generated. The division is the company's contact arm with numerous government and private sector institutions, where it responds to tenders initiated by ministries, provides and introduces new products, as well as meeting the requirements of private hospitals and clinics.

The department maintains a sales force of 15 highly qualified product specialists, who handle the sales to the company's clients, in addition to the general supporting team.
The department constantly monitors the latest technological developments using a two prong process:
Keeping permanent contacts with the principals and suppliers. Discussing new products with the suppliers during international exhibitions.
The main clients to whom the department focuses efforts are: Ministry of Health : divided into 5 health regions, covering general hospitals, specialized hospitals, Kuwait Cancer Center, Allergy Center, and Organs Transplant Center.

Ministry of Defense : The Military Hospital.

Ministry of Interior : Criminal Investigation Laboratory, Forensic Department and Civil Defense Department.

Kuwait University (KU), Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research (KISR), Environmental Public Authority (EPA), Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), and Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries (PAAAFR), Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC), Public Industry Authority (PIA), private hospitals and clinics. The division comprises of several sections, each handling a certain line of products: Cardiology Dental Endoscopy Medical Disposables Laboratory Sterilization Pharmaceuticals Radiology Lab Furniture Medical Furniture Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy.

  2. Dental: Dental Chair, Dental X-Ray, Dental Lab, Dental Instruments and Dental Disposables.
  3. Endoscopy: Laparoscopy, Histeroscopy, Nephroscopy, Sinoscopy and Gastroscopy.
  4. Medical Disposables: Gloves, Syringes, Urine Bags.
  5. Laboratory: General Lab Equipment, Centrifuges, Incubators, Freezers, Refrigerators, Specialized Lab Equipment, Laboratory Disposables and Analytical Equipments.
  6. Sterilization: Autoclaves and Disposables.
  7. Pharmaceuticals: Various medicines and Drugs.
  8. Radiology: X-Rays, CT-Scan, MRI, Ultrasound and Intervention Radiology.
  9. Lab Furniture: Steal Furniture, Wooden Furniture, Safety Cabinets, Fume Cupboards, Isolators and Clean Rooms.
