The after sales function is the main focus of this
department. Installation, training, service under warranty and after
warranty service contracts are among other areas of activities.
The department performs its after-sales activities by handling
supply of parts, maintenance on call basis and maintenance on
contract basis. |

In this context a team of 20 highly trained experienced
engineers and technicians are readily alert to respond to 24
hour call back service to meet the requirements of our local
customers. Supervised by the department head, the team of
experts compromises engineers and specialists in the areas of
medical equipment, environmental and air pollution devices,
seismography, meteorology and high-tech printers. Spare parts
warehouse monitoring is maintained under the control of the
department, where a sufficient volume of spare parts inventory
is readily available to meet any urgent requirements that may be
raised by any of our clients.
